  • The Pay Later Plan provides customers with a digital wallet facility, allowing them to place multiple orders throughout the month without making immediate payments. All transactions are recorded and consolidated into a single invoice, which is generated at the end of the billing cycle for payment.

  • Terms & Conditions:

    • Customers are assigned a wallet/credit limit based on eligibility and approval.
    • All orders placed under this plan are added to the customer’s monthly balance.
    • No upfront payment is required at the time of placing orders within the approved limit.
    • A consolidated bill/statement will be generated at the end of each month.
    • Full payment of the outstanding balance must be made within the specified due date.
    • Customers may request their current balance and transaction details at any time during the billing cycle.
    • The Pay Later facility is available only to approved members and may be revoked in case of misuse or delayed payments.
    • Orders exceeding the assigned credit limit may be declined or require immediate payment.

  • Free Delivery: Free delivery is applicable on orders for members enrolled in the Smart Saver Plan. Non-members must meet the standard minimum order value to qualify for free delivery.
  • Exclusive Offers & Discounts: Offers and discounts under this plan are exclusive to members and may change periodically at the company’s discretion.
  • Plan Validity: The Smart Saver Plan is valid only for the duration selected at the time of subscription.
  • Token Usage Limit: Each member can use up to 15 tokens under this plan. Usage beyond 15 tokens will not be valid. This ensures fair access to benefits given the ₹199 subscription charge.
  • Usage Policy: Misuse of offers, fraudulent activity, or abnormal ordering patterns may lead to restriction, suspension, or cancellation of benefits.

    4. Secure & Personal: Each wallet is personal and linked only to the user’s account.

  • Wallet balance is valid only for Personal Wallet Plan members.
  • Wallet balance can only be used for future orders or plan payments; it is non-redeemable for cash or refunds.
  • Misuse or abnormal activity may result in wallet access being suspended or canceled.
  • Wallet balance is non-transferable and cannot be shared.
